I look at the water
The water looks at me
We are both restless
We both want to flow
silent, carefree, slow
We always fail
Maybe it's our fate
We hit the sharp rocks
We meander as snakes
We make noise as branches
in the grips of storms
I look at the water
The water looks at me
We both seek peace
Is it the dawning of the age of Aquarius? My water tiger spirit has always felt like this. I pace my days in dripping jowl toil. Why is that?
ReplyDeleteFor me it's just a simple search for inner peace while looking at the water, but every reader is free to find their own meaning in it. Thank you very much for reading and commenting! :)
